About Your Clinician

I’m Paul Winter, an NHS England–Accredited Advanced Practitioner Physiotherapist, HCPC-registered, CSP member with over 17 years’ MSK experience. I am an Independent Prescriber and hold a University Certificate in Injection Therapy, with extensive Masters degree level training and experience in advanced MSK assessment and safe, evidence-based joint and soft-tissue injections.

Clinically Responsible Injection Care

Every patient receives a focused, one-to-one assessment to confirm whether an injection is appropriate. Where clinically indicated, we offer corticosteroid or hyaluronic acid injections delivered by an HCPC-registered Advanced Practitioner with accredited training in musculoskeletal injection therapy.

Our approach prioritises clear clinical reasoning, good practice, and patient understanding. You will receive appropriate aftercare advice and planned follow-up to monitor your response and ensure you have the guidance you need after your appointment.

Our aim is straightforward:
To provide a professional injection service that supports pain relief and improves day-to-day comfort in a safe, responsible, and evidence-aligned manner.

Restoring Comfort, Mobility & Quality of Life

We believe in a clear, patient-focused approach to managing joint and soft-tissue pain. Whether you’re dealing with arthritis, tendon irritation, bursitis, or a long-standing flare-up, our goal is to reduce pain and improve function with targeted, effective treatment.

Every injection is part of a broader plan — including advice, movement strategies, and personalised guidance to support long-term joint health.

At Peak Joint Relief, we support people in managing joint pain so they can stay active and live well.
