Our treatments are designed to support people living with joint or soft-tissue pain, including arthritis.

We begin with a clear, structured assessment, take time to understand your symptoms and goals, and explain all appropriate options in plain, accessible terms. Injections are only recommended where they are clinically appropriate and where there is a reasonable expectation they may help as part of an overall management plan.

You will always receive individualised aftercare, clear safety advice, and realistic guidance on what to expect.

What’s included

All injection treatments are provided on a single, transparent fee basis, which includes:

Suitability screening and clinical communications
Up to 1-hour initial telephone assessment
(£60 fee applies if progressing to a face-to-face consultation)
Up to 1-hour face-to-face consultation, including injection where clinically indicated, with standard aftercare
Follow-up telephone review at 2–3 days
Outcome and progress review at 3 weeks

Which Hyaluronic Acid (HA) Do We Use?

We offer a carefully selected range of premium hyaluronic acid (HA) injections, including Sinovial® HL 64, Monovisc®, Sinogel®, and Durolane®.

Our primary product is Sinovial® HL 64, which combines both high- and low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid.
This balanced formulation allows for smooth injection while delivering effective joint lubrication across most osteoarthritic joints.

For patients who may benefit from a higher-density formulation, we also offer Durolane®, a single-injection, high-molecular-weight HA gel designed for extended residence time within the joint.

Other licensed HA products are available on the UK market, and suitability is determined on an individual clinical basis.

Hyaluronic Acid (HA) Injection

A gel-like substance used to help reduce joint pain and stiffness for up to 6-9 months in some people with osteoarthritis.
Results vary — some people notice short-term improvement, while others may not feel a benefit.

Steroid Injection

Used to help reduce inflammation and pain in joints and soft tissues.
Relief may be temporary and depends on the condition being treated.

Combined Injection (Cingal®)

A One-Injection combination of Hyaluronic Acid and Fast-Acting Steroid.

In some cases, a combined steroid + HA injection may be appropriate after assessment.
